Mario and Luigi Paper Jam Review

Okay, im just going to put this out there right now, everything that im going to say is a reflection of my opinion of the game, you are open to having your opinion, I do not write for the Forums, im simply here to give my Two cents on the game

This review will be Split into Five Parts, Story, Art, music, Battle and Completion

Story: The Story of Mario and Luigi Paper Jam starts of with luigi going to fix a hole in Princess Peach's Castle, while doing so, luigi is startled by a mouse causing him to fall off the shelf and the book containing Paper mario's world to spill out in Mario and luigi's world, Now Teaming up with Paper mario, the Mario's Bros must defeat the Duo of Bowsers and save both princess and send paper Bowser and his paper minions back home,

it's not a deep plot but for a mario and luigi game a plot doesnt need to be dark to be rewarding, im giving this Section a 4 out of 5

Art: The Visuals for The installment of the mario and luigi series are reused from Dream Team which isnt a bad thing, Dream team's Visual we're breathtaking to look at and this game keeps that feeling alive while still adding new Visuals for locations to brighten up the mood and general feeling of the Game
Im giving the Art of Paper Jam a 4.5 out of 5

Music. The music direction Yoko Shimomura is back Contiuning with her trend of lovely music as always weather your in the quite of Sunbeam plains of the hights of mt.Burr your sure to have a smile on your face as you hear Ms.Shimomura's lovely Pieces of music throughtout your Journey
Im giving the music of Paper Jam a 4 out of 5

Battles: The Battle System of Paper Jam remains about the same from Dream Team, only now you have paper mario and his Aristnal of attacks from his Copy ability to His Trio attacks, the addition of this piece of paper makes the game come move alive than it would otherwise, a new addtion is the battle cards servering as a replacement for badges and can be customised to your liking, you can have a deck of power boosting and defence lowering cards, or a deck of card that are ment for grinding EXP each Battle card deck can be made to your liking, you can even use the mario set of amiibo (mario, luigi,Yoshi,Toad,Bowser, peach) to make unique Amiibo cards to use in battle
another new Features to battles is the Papercraft battles, serving as a replacement to Giant battles, which I personally find a much needed Change, no two papercrafts are the same, each time you get a new one, it feels refreshing as opposed to the Stale giant battles of Bowser's inside story and Dream team.
Im giving Battles a 5 out of 5

Finally Completion
Not all games need to give you a bonus for 100% the game, this is one of those games, there is no bonus, but the feeling of 100% this game is worth it, From S ranking ever Minigame and Boss Rematch to 100% the Expert Challenges, There is plenty here to keep you coming back again and Again

Im giving Completion a 4 out of 5

In total the Average I gave this game would be a 4, No game is perfect , at times you'll be bored or just feel like giving up, but paper Jam has a way to keep realing you back in again and again, this game may not be for everyone, but calling it bad is an insult to the work and love the Devlopers but into it, But This is just my opinion, your entitled to your own opinion

Thanks for taking time to read my Review, if your wondering I finished the game at between lv's 60-64 getting every battle card, the best Armor, S ranks on the minigames and boss rematchs and 100% the Expert Challenges

I bought this game for my brother who is a fan of the Mario & Luigi series yesterday. I doubt he'll be disappointed, nice review.
Nice rating. I personally did not like this game too much, but glad you enjoyed it!
I'm glad you liked it!
You told me :P. Cool completionist stats there, although the lack of a bonus reward is disappointing.
I liked the art style from the trailer \o/
I'm not really into these Mario RPG games but I would never call it terrible just because I'm not a fan of it :P

Seems like you had fun playing it ^-^
