So since I'm home alone often and usually bored I like to Google random recipes to make. Can I cook? No. I can't. Everything I make ends up bland or looking nothing like the pictures or what it's supposed to be! 
But doesn't stop me from making snacks. Well I found a recipe for a cake that you can make in a few minutes via oven or microwave, I usually read the comments to see what others make of the recipes that had made it.
Well one I found, left me confused....
WHAT ACID!? The recipe was very basic none of the ingredients had acidity in them nor did it call for acid!
Either they were trying to get rid of some folks or they used acidic foods in the cake.
