Should I make a demo or wait to complete it?

I bought the 3DS RPG Maker so I have been working on a game for a few days now. For those that have the 3ds and interested in games made by others with the program I would like to ask. Would it be good to make a demo once I have enough or would you more likely get it when it is complete?
