That's the one. 3DS Pedia is made up of two parts. The forum and the blog. Both have separate staff, but come together to make up the entire site. It wouldn't hurt to incorporate them together from time to time.

I haven't realize that the forum and blog part was two completely different sections, I just though that the blog section was like reviews,how to (help),tips. The blog part is the place where we can read reviews from you guys right?

That is correct. 3DSPedia.com is the main website and this is its forum. What Matthew is trying to say is, the forum's staff consists of administrators and moderators.
