Yes folks, it's finally here! When the Youtube app for the 3DS was now announced I remember a few users questioning if this Youtube app supports 3D Viewing (which would be TOTALLY COOL). But sadly, it wasn't supported for the 3DS..

But now, the New 3DS supports the 3D option on Youtube, isn't that cool?

I'm pretty amazed by this, hopefully if Netflix has "3D" view, we would be able to watch Netflix movies, in 3D as well. Let me know what you think! I for one like this 3D effects more, other than it being restricted only to games!

Actually the whole Europe can technically use it, still too bad.

wow, impressive! I didn't know they would think of something like that! technology is ever so advanced. :p

3D movies on a handheld...who'd have thought it? xD

still though, this wouldn't encourage me to buy it. ;)

I suppose this was due the console lack of ram (not power), or the lack of support for HTML 5.

still though, this wouldn't encourage me to buy it. ;)

Of course we're just talking about an app, not a game or something so I agree.

Nice! I remember getting the youtube app hoping atleast something would be in 3D...NOPE. Not a thing, so the new 3D viewing on the N3DS sounds pretty big! Can't wait for the NA version to come out! Why must we wait this long

Thats great. For owners and future owners of the new 3ds. Another reason for me to be thinking if i will buy the new 3ds or stick with my 4 month old 3ds xl. I guess all i can do now is wait.

pretty sweet. something i can show my friends and make them jealous for.

And not supported on the old 3DS. Things like these make me go 'aiee.'

Even if the processing power serves as an excuse.

I had no idea they had already been released in Australia.
I feel torn. Really torn.

And the 3D will be the red/blue thing...man, not sure I'd like that. :/

To me this is not a big deal because why would I use 3d on youtube it would damage my eyes and run down my battery even more but I really like youtube a lot it doesn't crash in the middle of a video.

I agree with DarkLord. If I want to watch videos on youtube I will use my computer, or my laptop. The technology behind it is nice though. I'm glad Nintendo is upgrading their systems.

That's really cool, I'm kinda surprised this wasn't in the 3ds and 3ds XL. Even though I prefer to watch YouTube on my iPad or tablet, it's still nice to see that Nintendo cares about the people that want to watch YouTube on their 3ds, and with the 3D it could look really cool. When YouTube on 3DS came out I was exicted to watch YouTube in 3D but that option wasn't avalible, so it's nice to see that option is now avalible on the New 3DS and new 3DS XL

Is this a sarcastic joke on the low quality or have they actually said this is the maximum resolution available?

Sorry for being a tad dense.
