3ds touch screen stopped working

This happened to me already in o luckily I figured out a way to fix it.The problem is that dust particles is under your 3ds or your 3ds is malfunctioning(don't kno how to help u with this one).So what u have to do is just take a clean tooth brush and gently brush through the corners of the 3ds touch screen (gently).This did not work for me so I tried another theory I put on my harvest moon game and saw that the arrow was pointing to a corner of the touch screen and I had long nails so I put my nail under there and removed the dust and viola the problem was fixed.(But I do not advise putting your nail under your touch screen,u could damage it)I was angry that's why I did it.

not really,i didn't had to go far in to the side of the touch screen
