Hyper training is a new thing in sun/moon that lets you change a mon's IVs to 31. You'll need a bottle cap and a level 100 mon to use it. Normal bottle caps will max a single stat, while gold bottle caps max all stats. You can find the guy that does in hau'oli shopping district, in the mall to the right of the pokemon center. Doing it only affects the in battle stat number: it doesn't change hidden power type, and won't let the mons pass down perfect IVs when breeding.
Places to get bottle caps:
You can catch bottle caps when fishing on poni island. They're rare, but not as rare as a dhelmise.
In festival plaza, the no. 2 prize for a 3 star lottery shop is a bottle cap.
In poke pelgo on isle aphun, you can get a gold bottle cap after maxing the isle's level and choosing path for interesting item hunting.
