I never played advance wars before but I would love to play it. So do u think nintendo would bring out any of them cartoonish type ones back.

Never played it but there's already a few solid strategy RPGs (FE:A and SMT) for the system and one would be a good enough number of how many I'd want (and probably the general audience too).
