Moon/Sun Can you trade Ash Pikachu in Pokemon Sun/Moon?

The Ash cap Pikachu is now available via mystery gift code and someone told me you shouldn't be able to trade them over Wi-Fi. So can we trade our Ask cap Pikachu over WiFi in Pokemon Sun/Moon?

I know the GTS bans some events from being traded over Wi-Fi, but I want to know if it's possible if two players connect directly online.

I forgot that it's today I'm gonna get it I don't care about the hat that's mine but I think it might be tradable idk maybe it's like the pikachu you get in oras

Well I'm not exactly sure, I have a Ash-Pikachu from Japan but it may be hacked. If mine isn't then yes you can. If it is tradable over GTS then I'm assuming that It doesn't matter because it's a form of Pikachu. But im not exactly sure as I said, I can't test it on GTS because I'm getting the Alola Hat Pikachu and that's a Month away. Maybe somebody else can test it with a Legit Pikachu.

It's tradable, just not by GTS or WT like all Cherish Ball mon.
