How to fix your circle pad if it falls off

Hey guys this is my first post so sorry if its not good! but from what i've been seeing many people have been breaking there circle pad on the 3ds from MASHING it while playing super smash bros 4 from what i experienced a little hot glue should fix it but if it doesn't your circle pad may rest in peace :p

Hot glue is not a viable option at all, as it would melt the precious plactic ctick piece that holds the circle pad in place. The best option would be to get it repaired from somewhere, or you could try using an iFixit guide to fix it yourself.
Be warned, though: It's not recommended for people with very limited electrical knowledge

Wouldn't gluing it back on make it so you can't move it...?
