Is the New Nintendo 3DS a Wii U Gamepad?

Do you think it is just a portable gamepad that can play 3DS games?

Who is excited for the Portable Wii U Gamepad. I mean New Nintendo 3DS but seriously think about it the New Nintendo 3DS is the Wii U Gamepad with the Amiibo support, 4 back buttons, 2 circle pads, & bigger. You could probably even hook it up onto your Wii U to make it you gamepad if you lose it or it breaks. What do you think? Post in the comments or vote in the poll.
 
I'm sure its possible, so I'd have to say yes I would want it to happen (even though I don't have a Wii U :p) I'm not completely positve if they would though. It would be pretty amazing ;3
 
Maybe it is possibe...do you think nintendo company will add this capabilities for connecting to another console of their product..if they add they may find this is the way to increase their sales through both new nintendo 3ds and wii U , i think..this is my opinion how bout yours..
