LEGO:The Hobbit confirmed by Warner Bros. for released on 3DS (and Wii U)

LEGO The Hobbit is scheduled for a 2014 release on 3DS and Wii U.

Today we have good news, as Warner Bros. has announced that LEGO The Hobbit will indeed journey across Middle Earth and land on both the Wii U and 3DS in Spring next year. The game will be based on the first and second films in The Hobbit trilogy, An Unexpected Journey and The Desolation of Smaug.

The game promises to take you through recognised locations from the films such as Bag End, The Misty Mountains and Rivendell.

Not much images of the game, but will you be getting this game, are you a fan of the Lego gaming series, are you happy that Warner Bros. has confirmed this game?

The movie was actually really good, I was surprised,and I am sure the book will be awesome too. I think that this film "The Hobbit" was better produced that the Lord of the Rings

The book is a bit old-fashioned, but it's still great. One thing I missed in the movie of Lord of the Rings was humour, and in The Hobbit it was perfect

I am not a huge fan of the Lego games, to be honest, the entire design and makeup of the game turns me off, but the're some Lego games that's really good, I know a few but forgot the name

Yeah, I have a similar view. For example, the Lego DC superheroes and Batman games are interesting but they pale in comparison to legit Batman/DC comic games released for the consoles

Nah... I think I will pass on this one, I do not really like the LEGO series because it seems like they just remade the whole thing and it looks like it is for kids. I am not a fan of The Hobbit either.

Lego games are boring to be honest they are not like original with their own idea they just copy off a popular title and insert it to their game and bam you have a lego game.
