Support Needed my R button doesn't work!!!!!

Guys! My R button doesn't work! I tried everything! And it still doesn't work... I don't have the serial number... please help me!

mine did that (so did my L) but i emailed nintendo and they told me what to do:
1# : get a soft bristle toothbrush and scrub in the cracks
2# blow in the cracks, be careful not to get spit in it though.

This one works for me and every time that my l/r dont work i just give it about 2-3 good hard blows in the cracks (up,left and right make sure to do all) and then it works
