New Pokemon Theme 2DS Coming to Japan

Seems like Japan is getting a limited edition 2DS with a Pokemon Sun and Moon theme. The console will be priced at 9,800 yen ($95 US) and it will not include either games (they're too large either way).

What do you guys think about this new 2DS? Would you buy it if it comes to North America and/or Europe?

I'm absolutely sure it would be localized because the pokemon red, yellow, and blue themed 2ds's got released locally.
