basically you can give me a riddle and If I can guess it right on the same day you pay me 1 pc but if I don't, I pay you 1pc. Same thing if i give you a riddle You have to guess between 7:00 am to 8:00 pm for it to apply.

It doesn't make much sense to not allow riddles during a certain time. Maybe a 24-hours-to-answer rule.
