What other characters do you think will make the roster? How will this game be different from the others? Although there won't be an adventure mode, do you think they'll add a cool new feature to make up for it?
If you have any speculation, feel free to share below!
Chrom? Yeah, I think he's probably going to make it. they kinda started a trend of having two Fire Emblem characters in the roster starting with Melee. First there's Marth and then second you've got the most recent Fire Emblem main character in the series. At the time of Melee it was Roy, at the time of Brawl it was Ike. Now, it's Chrom's turn. The lack of Adventure Mode stills disappoint me, but I know that will be a game that will kick butts, so, I can't be angry towards Nintendo for this. As for any others characters, I have doubts... Perhaps the main character from FE: Awakening will be in (Yeah, forgot his name !).

At the same time though, some have speculated that Lucina will be the one to make an appearance
Custom Peach in Melee isn't the only one. Daisy is also an alternate coloration in Brawl. Honestly, that's going to end up being her fate for this entire series. She'd be a useless clone most likely if she was her own characterYeah, there's so many possible characters who can show up in SSB4. Poor Daisy, she's the only Mario Princess who didn't got an apparition as a playable character (The Custom Peach from Melee excluded, of course).

That would be an interesting addition to the game, but that'd probably depend on space issues and how much time they have to revamp the stage creator. I'll admit that I found stage creator disappointing in Brawl though, there's a lot they could do this time aroundYeah. A thing that could be good, now that I think of it, would be advanced stage creator. Like being able to set water/lava in levels would be good, if they port the Stage Maker from the Wii Game.

I think the Lava wouldn't really do it as effectively because it'd give a lot of knockback, unless of course you were to make a stage with pillars on either end that would mitigate the effect of the knockback.Sure that Stage Creator lacked a bit of content, but still, it was fun making traps, so you see the CPU getting 999% of Damage, then you barely poke them with A, and *poof* ! That would be even more fun with Lava  !

But meh, I really think if they added more content to put in the stages, Stage Creator would be less gimmicky
Yeah, they could go back to Melee mechanics there. Brawl was a bit more floaty which probably allowed for the higher knockback from lava. Since they're going for a middle-ground we may see a middle-ground with regards to lava knockback as wellYeah, or they would reduce the Lava Knockback thing, just like in Melee. Remember the Stage 2, Zelda-Based in Adventure Mode in Melee ? It has lava, and it didn't give that much knockback.
They simply need to add some blocks, and background customization, and this would be surely a great feature.

to expand on that, given that they've partnered with Namco Bandai for the next game, there are a lot of possibilities as to how great it could turn out. I really like that they're going all out for this, and it's really evident with the pics they post each dayYeah. Nintendo could really make SSB4 the best fighting game of the series, given all the options who are offered to them.

Not really, Namco characters don't have a higher chance of getting in because of that. Namco is just helping with the game. What ? They partnered with Namco Bandai ? This expands even more the possible characters ! But still, I wouldn't see Pac-Man in a game, as I wouldn't think what they could use for his moveset.

I've also expressed concerns over the addition of Pacman because I don't see how classic Pacman would have a viable moveset, but based on a leak that revealed the Villager and Wii Fit Trainer, it may actually be a possibility. Not really, Namco characters don't have a higher chance of getting in because of that. Pacman would most likely have moves similar to sonic. What ? They partnered with Namco Bandai ? This expands even more the possible characters ! But still, I wouldn't see Pac-Man in a game, as I wouldn't think what they could use for his moveset.
Yeah, I think Lucina as an alternate costume for Marth would make sense. Especially since in FE: Awakening they literally have the same animations for attacking with swordsThe only character I'm certain will be included is Chrom, but I think Magnus from Kid Icarus: Uprising may happen aswell.
As for the Lucina debate, maybe she'll be an alternate costume for Marth? I mean, Wii Fit Trainer has two entirely different appearances, but they're just costumes. Hopefully the same will be added for Marth and many other characters.
I really don't see how? Pacman isn't exactly a speed character like Sonic.Pacman would most likely have moves similar to sonic.
PacMan only has ONE rolling move...that's the only thing he'd be sharing with Sonic...and JigglyPuff and Yoshi....so no he wouldn't most likely have moves similar to Sonic.Pacman would most likely have moves similar to sonic.
