streetpass convention

there should be some sort of streetpass convention. For example, in one place it could be at a park. People should start finding places where a lot of people could sign up and get together so that they would all get rewards. There would have to be someone monitoring, and a set of rules, but otherwise, it would work great.

One word: HomePass.
Of course, you need to cycle MACs, and it requires you to have a compatible equipment, but if that's the case, you no longer need to bother with going outside with your 3DS/2DS.
