There should be a new way to send Friend Requests

Remember when Miiverse was made available to the 3DS family? Remember when people posted there FC on Miiverse and the admins told everyone to stop? Do you want to always rely on old FC when we have NNID's? I think we should all us NNID's instead of FC to friend like how the Wii U does. Do you agree? Why or Why not?

I think that there should be both but you can have 200 friends instead of 100. so 100 from fc and 100 from nnid and then it would be easier to ask people to add your nnid because then they do not have to remember a bunch of numbers. And also a function where you could transfer your friends from the wiiu to 3ds (If they had a 3ds as well)

I actually don't mind the fc thing... But it does get annoying sometimes how long your code has to be and such. But NNIDs weren't out when the 3DS first came out, so Nintendo so went with the FC. And I don't believe it will change because, really, Nintendo really doesn't like change!

Of course being able to send people friend requests via Miiverse on 3DS would be better.

When adding Miiverse and Nintendo Network IDs to 3DS, Nintendo should have really added the NNID thing to the Friends tab on the main menu along with FCs, which are needed for a few games (if I'm wrong, just get rid of it all together). In fact, why the 3DS launched without NNIDs is beyond me - it could have thrived even without Miiverse.

It'd be really nice if we could use NNIDs or the main Mii's name (the one that you are in your friends list and in Mii-involving games) to 'search' and add 3DS users. I would support this idea if Nintendo ever seriously considered it.

Yes even I think that it should be that we add people just from NNID it is much easier and better.. Copying and pasting your FC and then posting it or telling it is such a long process... I think Nintendo should male the friend code process with NNID
