Eshop cards are prepaid cards. You really won't find them for cheaper than their posted amount. You can't really get $60 for only $40. For a specific game, just wait till it goes on sale at a local retailer or online store. It's not guaranteed, but if you are patient, you can probably find it on sale sometime.
