Splatoon 2 Wish we could buy ability chunks

I hate how half the time when you get 2 subs the same on a gear, the 3rd always is an abillity you don't want. Getting chunks for specific abilities is also unneccessaraly hard as well, so you have to maybe spend an obscene amount of time getting the chunks needded to fill that 3rd slot. If we could just buy the chunks, it would make the process so much better. Maybe charge like 30,000 coins so scrubbinggear is still the cheapper option for chunk farmming, but those of us who need a specific abillity have a reliable way of getting it.

Yeah, I get what you mean, but did you know that there are some ítems with which you could erase the abilities a piece of gear has? the only thing that I don´t like about it, is that you will erase the 3 abilities and it doesn´t let you choose which ability you want to erase, it cleans it up and then you have the chance to unlock new abilities. Anyway, I think this is a way the game has in which you will be sucked up in it playing for countless hours.
