Wondering how many people can accept PayPal payments?

Reason is because I'm planning to give away $100 US via PayPal for my next giveaway on Pedia (not dead set on it being the "next" but it could be), so the giveaway isn't just region-limited to North America or Europe.

Plus you'll be able to do whatever with the dough. Purchase stuff online, withdraw it, or just save~

I think pretty much everyone has PayPal nowadays. However, I could be mistaken. Note, to really use the service you need a bank account and that's tough for some people.
