Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden is the latest entry in the franchise’s video game series, and will be released in Europe on October 16th, in North American regions on October 20th for the eShop as well as retail; Brazil will get it on October 23rd. The 2D fighter was developed by Arc System Works, known for their BlazBlue and Guilty Gear series. It features more than 20 playable characters, 100 support characters and supports local multiplayer.
The game came out in Japan less than two weeks ago and received a score of 29/40 from Famitsu. Check out a couple of screenshots below.
