Anime expo soon!!

Hi guys! I just wanted to talk about my preparations for anime expo and what I'm kind of expecting it to be. I want to cosplay Ash Landers but the wings are pretty hard to make ;-; Do you guys have an tips or suggestions on how I can make them with cotton? I don't know where to buy feathers. Anyways, we will be going on July 4th and I am super excited!! I'll probably upload some pictures if I can. Well thanks for reading this. Goodbye
