Could a mk game make it on 3ds

In this I will provide details and some proof on what I believe is possible ok lets begin November 12, 2007 UMK3 came to Ds a time were graphics had already been way better UMK3 was eh...fun but who wants a game like that when graphics already took a step up now in 2011 we had a miracle 3ds has come to stores a creation for the better now people say it can't make it but I think it can because look at some games that use good graphics on the 3ds hence street fighter 4 uses good graphics and is a fighting game then people say the target demographic isn't for kids or teens then maybe we can have mortal kombat vs. dc universe which has a teen rating now I believe Nintendo can do this its about time we have 3d mortal kombat game for 3ds and maybe the Wii U
