hey everyone today i'm starting a new series called "Debug Mode Reviews" where i look at debug mode for various games.today i'm going to Review...
Now once you download mother 3 funland you should see a menu like this
First off if you try to click anything it won't work.That's because you need to load your mother 3 rom.you know how sometimes you have to expand your rom for a hack or debug mode,well you don't have to this time!Your gba rom is already at it's biggest size!once you loaded your rom you can now click anything you want.But this isn't a tutorial this is a review!So lets get started!
General:General has Compression which tells you to put a adress/hex.i don't know what to do for that so lets move on!
Character data: Character data allows you to edit party member level up experince.this allows the player to edit how much exp you need to get to a certain level.
Items: Item editor.The item editor allows you to edit items!Lets say you want to edit the stats of a weapon for Lucas.like "A Mystical Stick"Well you can edit that item to how many hp it gives,pp it gives,iq it gives,speed it gives,and defense it gives.you can also edit who can equip it.like you could make Kumatora be able to equip one of Lucas and Flint's weapons because Kumatora's weapon is gloves.
You can also change the icon of something,change how much protection it gives you from pk powers and satus elements.
Shop editor:Ever wanted to edit shops to have a item you made,or make it in a shop that's closer so you can get it quicker?Well this is the editor for you!This editor give you access to every single thing in the game that you can buy and sell at.you can put any item in there that you want.sadly you can't edit the amount of money it costs so if you want to get a op weapon at the beginning of the game your out of luck.
Enemies: Enemy editor: Enemy editor gives you access to every enemie in the game and edit their basic stats,weaknesses,battle details,and their graphic/ sprite.
Basic has their Name,Nickname,level,hp,pp,experience,and dp that you can edit.you can also edit the items they can drop and the percentage it is,you can go up to three items.you can also change their offense,defense,iq,and speed for both when you get a normal encouter and when you get a encouter when they sneak up on you.
Weaknesses: you can edit their weakness stats with how effective they are to that thing.Battle details allows you to edit the battle music,swirl music,win music,encouter text,death text,and 8 actions.Graphics has background,front sprite, outside sprite,and show layer.
Psi
si editorsi editor allows you to edit pk powers with the animations 1 and 2,the least and most damage the move can do,te amount of pp it uses,what type of thing it does with the target,if it assists,does damage,or recovers hp,what pk power it is from the game,and what you want to name it.psi level up editor: it allows you to edit what level you learn a pk power at,also only Lucas and Kumatora learns pk powers and they learn different ones.
Text: Main text viewer:You can view any text someone says in the game.sadly you can't edit text.but what we can edit is character names.We can edit anyone's name in the game.
