So the other day my friends and I were talking about how we got into gaming and it gave me he idea to make a blog about it.
From what I recall when I was little, my first game that I played on a regular basis was Mario Kart 64. It was my go to whenever I had free time and I loved turning on the game to hear Mario enthusiastically welcome me to Mario Kart. Although I played it a ton I never went past 50cc and I mostly played as Yoshi (which is why he is my favorite character.) I guess it was also my first Nintendo game as it introduced me to the company and its characters.
After that I moved on to playing on the Xbox (the original) where I mostly played the first and second Star Wars battle front and like MK64 it was all I played on the system. I dont have much to say on the game other than I played it a lot, but it did introduce me to the FPS genre.
For a while I mostly played those games until I got a D.S. Lite.
I remember my first game being Pokemon Platinum and for the next few months thats all I played and talked about with my friends.
I also got many other games after that like Mario Kart DS, Pokemon Black, and New super Mario Bros. I really only stuck with Ninyendo titles.
