OpenGL... Ah, what I would do without it XD !
Normally though, you can switch Dolphin to Direct3D rendering.
Also, the version of OpenGL supported is graphics card dependent, not OS-dependent.
a newer graphics card would most likely fix your problems. also i've been using windows 10 for about 2 months now and i haven't noticed a single problem :3
Why won't you just change the rendering to something like Direct 3D? It will solve your problems right away. Those messages pop up only because you have an old GPU or you haven't configured the settings any!
