Chapter 3 2/2 - Hell's Misery
"No? You didn't say no when you killed all those innocent people..."
That line kept repeating in my head, over and over. That mass murder that occured at an apartment building. Almost all the residents were murdered in that building. So.....that was the murderer.....wow. Still, I need to get out of this room! Luckily, that she-devil left after she killed that person, but I still have to be very quiet while I exit. Creak after creak after creak, I got closer and closer to the door. I practically shrieked when I almost cracked a floorboard, but eventually, I made it out of the room, but the second I stepped out of the room, a rifle was pointed at my head.
"Hands up!" I did as the voice instructed, but the voice sounded oddly familiar... "......Daichi?" "Wh....Daisuke!?" He hastily lowered the rifle. "Damn! It is you, bro!" He almost jumped on me with joy. "Are you alone?" I asked him. "Yeah. I was with Shoko, but we got split up." What the hell? Is Daichi serious right now!? "Why didn't you go after her!?" "I tried searching for her, but I came up empty handed every time I looked!" We were arguing back and forth, but I finally decided to put a stop to it. "Fine. Now that we're together, why don't we go look as a team?" Not surprisingly, Daichi looked at me with a stupid face, then he finally understood what I was saying. "Okay. But, do you have a gun?" Obviously, he had also got a gun, and made the assumption that I had one. Wow, I never thought i'd see the day that he would put two and two together. "Yeah, see?" I had showed him the pistol I gut from that box. "Cool! Alright let's go!" And with that, Daichi took off running.
Dammit, just what the hell is going on here? Three of my friends are still missing, Daichi was as big of an idiot as I thought to not find one of them, and if me and Daichi got guns, then does that mean the others got guns too? Man, I just wish I knew which path to take....
