As you guys have probably heard....Mojang has been sold to Microsoft for 2.5 billion dollars. Was it a smart move?
If you asked me...I'd say they should have sold it to Nintendo.
Does this mark the end of all the Play Station editions of mine craft?
We can't say for sure because Microsoft does make apps or games for its competitors...for example excel and word for iOS.
On the other hand...if the sales of the PS4 rises more than that of the XBone, the PlayStation probably would lose minecraft. If mojang sold it to Nintendo...we would have probably seen cross platform gaming (3DS and Wii U. Maybe even Vita and 3DS)
