Nintendo has released a new firmware update for 3DS. Version 10.0.0-27 is out now in all territories.
Further improvements to overall system stability, system security, and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.

If you want to use homebrew, don't update. I and many other people are 99.9% sure this WILL patch the <---9.9.0.26

Ironhax/Tubehax exploit. If you don't care about homebrew feel free to update. Just wanted to report the fishiness.
EDIT: 10.0.0.27 update is now live. Like I said do not update if you want to use homebrew.
EDIT 2: It is safe to update and use homebrew for 10.0.0.27!!!
