Okay, I don't know how many people are still reading my Pokeumans story, but I found out something that really threw me off.
So I checked on pokemonmanic3595's prodile page on DeviantArt (for those who do not know, he's the one that started this whole Pokeumans thing and said people can make their own Pokeumans story), and I found out that he wrote a set of rules for how Pokeuman stories should be written. I don't know if that means he wrote them for the Pokeumans group or if it applies for all Pokeumans stories.
Anyway, I was reading through it and I realized something terrible.
I broke a rule of not using Legendaries in my story. I think I also broke the rule of "It has to be set in real life" by introducing the Time Gears, too. I don't know.
Now, I've been one to try to follow the rules, so you can probably imagine how much of a shock this was to me. To give you an image of what I mean, I feel like the 4-5 years I've been working on this story suddenly got swept out from underneath my feet in an instant. Now I'm apparently a rule breaker. And the worst thing about it is that it's far too late to fix it.
I guess the worst that can happen is that I will never be able to post this onto the group, but that's okay. I don't even have a DeviantArt account and I don't think I'll be getting one anytime soon. Another thing is that I think the story will be rendered non-canon now. If I remember correctly pokemonmanic said that all stories would be canon...but I don't think mine will be counted as such because it broke a rule.
So yeah, that's me shpeal. I know I'm trying to do a chapter a week, but I'm gonna hold off on posting this week to try to get some ground on the story again. No longer am I writing to be a part of a group, but now I'm writing just for the sake of having it written.
