North Korean censorship is probably the worst out there, with the government taking strict control over all communications, and all media outlets (newspaper, news stations, etc) being owned & controlled by the government, most of their resources are towards political propaganda (information used to promote a point of view, can be used in negative & positive connotation) that support Kim Jong-un and others.
Radio & television sets are preset to government frequencies, and tampering with sets is a serious criminal offense. You cannot get broadcasts without problems in reception or additional equipment. Journalism is just trying to defend & advocate the political party and party leaders, and you have to be a true Kim II-sung-ist (supporter of Kim II-sung) and an extreme political activist. Journalists in NK are reeducated continuously to ensure control.
Internet policies in NK are extreme as well, and is not generally available in NK, there are only a small number of strictly monitored computers in universities. There is only the country's national internet called Kwangmyong in which content is curated by the Korea Computer Center (A government company). There is also the Ullim, an Android-based tablet computer that has a boatload of built-in surveillance. The tablet takes screenshots of apps opened and saves any and all browsing history.
Overall, censorship in North Korea is just insane. I would advise you to stay out of the area, before you get arrested for taking pictures.
Well, this has been fun! Send me another topic to research more about, and I'll go right head.

Dude, don't get mad at me using Wikipedia, many people research so much about this, and make sure the articles are perfect. It's community based, and quite frankly amazing
