Well, I am bored so here is a post about stuff I did! Now I know I am not the most interesting person on the block, but there nothing for me to do, It is 2 AM, and I am not sleepy...
Well, where should I start... hhhmmmm....
Well, I fixed a couple of gadgets lol.
I have a PSP 2000 that I fixed. I had bought it for 10 bucks. All it really needed was a new housing, and a fix for the screen that keeps fading out to black, usually when pressing on the D-pad too hard. Well I found out (thanks to a YouTube video) about some contacts that... well.. lose contact... It is a little metal plate behind the screen. I fixed it by putting a sponge on it to make a secure connection, as well as enough pressure to keep them like that, and to not add it the screen to the point of breaking. So, there is a fix for you all just in case haha.
Another thing I fixed was a PS3 I bought for 20 bucks. All it needed was a hard drive and a new Blu-Ray laser, I only spent on the laser, cause I had an old hard drive from a laptop that was given to me by the high school I went to lol. I bought a controller cause ef it cx and I now have a "brand new" ... well, refurbished by me, PS3. Ive been playing Beyond: Two Souls, such an awesome game so far haha.
Finally, I fixed my little nieces 3DS, it didn't read the game cards. This happened today, yesterday, her little sister dropped it in water, which caused it to die, so I put it in rice, and today it worked again, (which proofs Nintendo's excellent quality and resistance of their game consoles) well except for the game card slot, which had stopped working for over 2 months ago. I deiced to open it up, and see what was up. It still had a bit of water, but nothing a napkin couldn't clean. I found out that two contacts were out of place and bent, so all I did was bent them back in to their corresponding places and voila! It worked! It plays games again! CX
Well, that's about it... I only really did this out of boredom sssooo.... yeah... nothing else to say... well, I did find a place where they sell Wii U Pro Controllers in box for $15 bucks... pretty cheap, I plan to buy one maybe this weekend. I actually opened one up (ssshhh don't tell anyone lol, nah it was partly opened, I had to pull it out, it was welcoming me and the seller was ok with it) and they look to be original, I'll have to get one though to further inspect it, maybe that one I opened lol, since it was a white one, and apparently here in my area, those are rare...
