Hello. As some of you know, I (insert any of my screen names) want to make graphic novels in the future. One is a serious story about mutated humans and another one is about a gecko and a cockatoo having adventures around the galaxy. So well, I have a NEW idea.
Introducing: ROBI. (No, it's not a rif off of gender bend of RWBY, in fact, nothing related to RWBY at all)
For one, it's gonna be an drama/ comedy cop show. You want to know the setting. Alright, here you go.
In a strange time of cyberpunk 1970s, crime is everywhere in Detroit, Michigan. So much crime, in fact, it's by the law to become cops and military people by the age of 17. This story will follow four guys as they form Squadron ROBI.
Richard Anderson: A high school delinquent. Comes from a family where both of his parents are dead. He lives with his uncle, Jack, and his dog, Alfonzo. He doesn't listen to anyone's crap and gets things done. His color palette will be a rackley palette.
Owen Tinsley: A chubby guy. He can be a bit husky, but has a good heart. He has some pretty intelligent quips and is highly sophisticated for his age. Despite his body, Owen can run pretty fast and is surprisingly tall. His color palette would go for orange.
Brian Richards: A guy from the music band. He comes from Jamaica becoming a cop to provide Monet for his family. He is strategic and cunning. He likes to help people and play the trumpet. He'll have a blue palette.
Ignatius Cunningham: He descends from a rich family. He becomes a cop because his grandfather was and plus, he's a bit spoiled. Despite this, he thinks fast and catch up with the other guys. He loves poetry and the chase. He likes to wear indigo.
The setting: It's a cyberpunk version of Detroit, Michigan. Filled with crime and illegal dealing everywhere. Cops and doctors are the most popular jobs in town. The crime is so high, in fact, that barriers were put around the city, so no one can come in or get out.
The cops: The police academy is called Liberty's Foundation. It's where the students get their basic cop training. They'll learn how to fight, interrogate, use handcuffs, Chase criminals, and disarm weapons. Also, since this is the cyberpunk 70s, a few things will be futuristic. The cars will leave a trail of light when driving. The police use scouters instead of walkie talkies to communicate. Instead of FaceTime, the scouted can project a hologram of the person to communicate to. The scooter can also summon the cop's tools and even car.
So this is the beginning stage of ROBI. What do you think? I
