I'd agree with two of your choices, those being Birdo and Chrom. Ice Climbers was confirmed to not be in and Dry Bowser could be a Bowser skin like in Project M.

Toads already being used as peach's normal b so I kinda doubt he will appear in smash.

Good predictions, but:

Sakurai couldn't put Ice Climbers into the 3DS because of problems coding them on the 3DS version, and Sakurai didn't want version exclusive characters, so he removed them.

Chrom wasn't added in because Sakurai doesn't want another new Fire Emblem swordsman, so Lucina replaced Chrom.

I think you have a good list!Chrom would be a little hard cause they would have to exchange Chrom with another fire emblem awakening charcater for robin's smash or change robin's smash completely.But seeing Mewtwo having a same set from melee and Lucas coming out next year having the same set also i would see a little bit of problems with Chrom.But still great list!!!
