They email the codes to you, if you've waited this long and haven't gotten an email, it's probably too late but call Nintendo and see what they can do.

Well I mean I know they send me emails, I been a member of club Nintendo for a year, but I've never waited this long for a code, if I don't get it soon...I'll just buy the game on the eshop
