For starters, I know there are some people out there who do not like RPG maker, And I understand that. However, you cannot deny that people have made some impressive stuff with it. I know there's TONS of so called "games" out there, where it seems like no effort was put in. But I understand more than anything now that game making is hard, now of course, I knew that from the beginning. But you only really understand once you try.
I recommend RPG maker for anyone who likes the 2d, top down perspective and style of the engine.
Now, RPG maker can be good, and bad. But RPG maker is a great place for someone to start!
I thought about Unity, but I did't think it was right for what I want to do.
If you'd like, I'd love some support in getting off the ground.
And no, I'm not asking for money, I have no right to ask for money when I'm so in experienced.
All I ask is if you think my game will be something you have even the slightest interest in playing when I'm one with it, then please follow it!
Here's my game, Irene and Flask
And no, it is not a horror game. I'm trying to make something kind of orginal and cutesy.
Please, do not hesitate to tell give me advice, you don't have to play the demo. But if you want to, by all means go ahead. However I know it needs work.
ALSO: I am looking for game testers! IF this would interest you, please let me know here. If you want to play test the full game before I release it, I will thank you and credit you in the credits of the game!
Thank you so much for reading this!
