What game should I try?

The library of video games is huge, and there's no way to learn about good games without the help of others (or the internet!). Instead of losing my way throughout the internet, I thought it would be a good idea to come here and find someone with more knowledge than I do. Any series of games or just a single game that you enjoyed? Or maybe one that you remember having fun with?
