imagin if smash bros was 1st person nah that would make it terrible but still wouldn't it be cool or would it be bad I don't know that's why im asking in your guys opinion but I suppose if it was 1st perso it would look to real and the age will have to go up and also stuth might get in your way like when Kirby is going upwards he gos in a puff but when he finishes puffing some cloudy smoke stuth comes in front whitch will probably block where your going

I really don't think that the SSB series would be succesful at all with any kind of first-person elements. The game is meant to be a fast-paced action-fighting game that is made for the side-scrolling formula first used in Street Fighter games. The game would require too much precision to attack succesfully, and it would ruin the fast-paced aspect of the game, which is the main selling point of the Smash series.
If you would like to play a fighting game in first person, there is "Rage of the Gladiator" for the Wii, and in Fire Emblem: Awakening, you can switch to first-person view during an attack.

oh no that would look crazy imagine the fire infront of your face ore other attacks oh noo

I totally agree with Ali. Besides, when you are switching which side you're attacking from, your character will sway soooo fast. The speed the characters switch directions are literally impossible. Also, when you get launched, one might need to search around for a few seconds to find the uffing platform, depending on which side they're facing, and it'd slow thing down/make it easier to have people just fall without knowing where the platform is.

Well all I can say that it would be just so weird for Super Smash Bros to be a first person game and that ... just wouldn't make any sense at all . It would be so horrible in my opinion that I wouldn't even ever consider getting such a game . Smash just isn't meant to be like that . Like what AliTheAce said . But quite an interesting topic to talk about though it wasn't much of anything
