I need help on how to gain 20 percent survey rate in Noctillum easily( note: I am lvl 21) Please respond

Although it's not so easy, the best way to get more percent is exploring and installing Data Probes. I know Noctilum is a little hard for installing Data Probes, but at least you can grind and enjoy the sightseeings while you're on it!

As said by @manugutir, either install Data Probes, beat Tyrants, clear certain Quests (or Affinity Quests) or open those containers that requires Mechanical/Biological/Archaeological skills. By doing so, maybe you'll get a warning saying that you're done exploring the section (generally happens once the quest is done, when you've beaten the Tyrant, or when you've opened all the containers. Data Probes won't display a "Section Cleared" warning). And in that case, the survey rate increases.
