Ok, I'm trying to make a game for the 3DS, the only problem is, in not 100% sure if I would be able to port the game from PC to the 3DS, I have the engine I'm developing on, RPG Maker VX ACE and as a backup I'm using Unity, RPGMVXA uses Ruby, and Unity from uses C++, any idea which one would be better? And if I could even get it on the 3DS, let alone run?

First off, RPG Maker and it's variants can only make games for the system it runs on (Windows if you made it on a computer, PS1 if on PS1). Unity CAN make a 3DS game, but for the time being it won't actually work no matter how you do it. The only game engine that can make a working game for the 3DS at the moment that is also available to public is Ogre (uses Python), but you still can't use the gyro, the mic or the 3D functions! Hope this helped.
