Support Needed 3ds error

I would try disconnecting from the internet on your 3ds and reconnecting, or moving closer to the router. If that does not work try restarting your router/modem and that hopefully will solve it!
 
that dont work this problem is at my 3ds since 5days
but nintendo won't help me
 
Try to wait for a few more days . It may be interferance of other internet using gadgets. If all else fails , try contacting maybe your Internet Service Provider but the best solution to me is to wait and wait . It might be also depending on whatever software u might be using
 
That sucks! I really hope yours is an isolated case, but some information on what was on your system would help! All the previous ban cases were from credit card fraud and such.

Using Sky or Gateway/Clones? Downgraded? CIA's or 3DS's? Did you ever buy anything from the eShop? CFW?

First of all, make sure that the wi-fi qualit is good (I had a router which was so awful It didn't work even when I went close to it.) Then go closer to the router. If it still does not work, close and reopen your router and/or your 3ds wifi switch
 
I read about this just yesterday - Nintendo is banning users who use flashcards from online features and they get the error 002-0102. If you were pirating games, then Nintendo's banned you from online access. This article explains it.

If you weren't pirating games, then you should email Nintendo directly about it.

Also, I'd like to request everyone to not post any links or extensive details on piracy materials in this thread. Thanks, :hug:

Then email them and tell them that. Maybe they made a mistake. I'm sure they'll help. I hope so.

Or maybe your 3DS really can't connect, in which case, try rebooting both the router and the 3DS and wait a while.

I feel really bad for you. Another thing you will have to do is open up the 3ds. Than you gently lift it off and than put it back in until you hear a click.Than screw it back and ta da, you should be able to play on it again,online !

I would like to point out that this problem is quite common. It could be an error with your 3DS< or it could be a problem with your modem/ISP.
I personally have encountered this problem myself, and I do get the same error code. Then only to find out none of my devices are connected to the internet
However, this could likely be a problem with your 3DS's WiFi antenna. :bag:

You may swicth off your wifi router for a minute then on it Or your nintendo may have problems to find access points and there may be fault with your router or it may is of not good quality. Hope this help it a lot.
