I got my blue 3DS back in October of 2011, and it's in pretty good condition, but it has some scratches and stuff. My first problem, I have this kinda visible scratch on the front on my 3DS, is there any cleaner for that? Second, some paint on the edges is coming off, not a lot, though. Is there any blue paint that can fix that? Lastly the edges of d-pad ( the controls under the circle pad ) is kinda worn from use. Is there any way I can replace it? Any tips will help, and I can show pictures of my 3DS is needed.

Hmm ... i don't think that those things can be fixed :/ You probably used it a lot since you got it in 2011 ( like me :p ) As long as you don't find it very restricted when your playing , I don't find a need to fix it ( unless it is really worn ) . You probably could fix the D-Pad , but then that would require probably opening your 3ds and stuff like that :/

So maybe until your 3ds is in a unplayable condition :p

I don't think you can fix scratches, and the paint I think could really mess up your 3ds if you can't apply it REALLY carefully :/

Well i think you cannot fix those problems may be you may ask for nintendo help and same here I also have many scratches on my nintendo 3ds xl and paint is also off from edges. Well wish nintendo make anything for. Hope I help you.
