3DS Uni Wifi

Hey,

Has anyone managed to connect their 3DS to their university wifi? I just can't do it! It's sad cuz I can't play online!

Anyone else having same issue???????????

Haven't tried that before, but my uni require a "pop-up" username and password sign in system. This might be the case if your uni has the same system. You can try using mobile tethering instead (given that you have unlimited plan!).
I think I connected to an airport wifi before with no problem.

Ahh, that is the same with McDonalds and other free wifi places. The 3DS doesn't do that for some reason.

I just use the wifi at home, because it is the only place I know the different passwords for the connection. Even though, I have tried to connect my 3ds to the wifi of a bus, and no luck at all. I thought it was because the wifi had really bad intensity, but it was not, so now I realize it was a matter with the 3ds.

Sometimes when the internet is free at some places you have to fill out a form about the user name and more.I would advise to find out the computer's name and the other information about the wifi from the person owning it or use another connection maybe.
