3DS XL

Darn it, they always make bigger/smaller versions of consoles! xD

anyone own a 3DS XL? which color? is the screen bigger and better? <3

I already got a 3DS, but if I didn't have it, I'd buy a 3DS XL for sure. ;D
 
I wanted to get a 3DS, but all our local ShopKo had was a 3DS XL, and it's kind of cool. Mine, the front cover is like a sky blue color (sort of like the bottom of the forum where it says "Popular News" and "Connect With Us" kind of like that shade of blue). It's pretty awesome, and it's not bulky like the original Nintendo DS was. Had mine for almost a month now, only have one game and I love it. Don't have a regular 3DS so I can't compare at this time.
 
I don't have one yet, but really want to get one for Pokemon X/Y. I probably won't end up getting one though, planning on getting a Wii U instead for Mario Kart.
 
I had an original 3DS but when Zelda:ALBW came out i decided to get the limited edition Zelda 3DS. Why?! because I own all of the limited edition Zelda stuff!
 
Love the 3DS XL, the screen is so much better on it. I've got the blue one as Blue is my favourite colour =)
 
I never had a 3DS or 3DS XL till recently. I bought the 3DS XL a couple months back and played it briefly. It's nice, but I wish I got the limited X & Y Blue Pokemon Edition, instead of the Blue/Black I bought.
 
I wish I had waited, it really felt like a kick between the legs when I got my 3DS and a few months later they announce the XL which I would have gladly gotten. Oh well, maybe my 3DS will break one day so I can upgrade.
 
It was a no-brainer for me when I was thinking of which 3DS model to buy. The XL is worth every penny extra that it costs. Bigger screen, longer battery life, and fits larger hands better.

Mine is blue. Would have preferred a black one, but unfortunately it wasn't to be.
 
I bought a Blue/Black Nintendo 3DS XL last week, and I must say, I like it way better than the Nintendo 3DS. I Iike it better than the Nintendo 3DS because it feels more comfortable in my hands and it has larger screens. I'm really satisfied with the system. :)

I don't have one, but like a week after I bought my 3DS, they announced the XL model. Like why does it always happen to me? :p

I don't see the point of getting this.

All i see is the size difference and I think it's a bit too big for a handheld device.

I've been mulling about upgrading from 3DS to 3DS XL, but I've come to the conclusion that a bigger screen isn't worth the $200 price tag. I've used the 3DS XL, and I definitely think the console has significant improvement over the 3DS in display (bigger and much easier to see the whole picture) and cleaning (the 3DS gloss finish results in a lot of fingerprints and smudges getting on it). However, I still think both are viable and that both will give you a similar gaming experience overall.

I got a 3ds for Christmas not knowing they had the XL D; which really sucked cause I had a dsi xl before and loved the bigness of it! Still I'm content with my 3DS ;) even though I'm not the biggest fan of the glossyness of it compared to the xl. The xl looks so much better in my eyes than the normal 3DS! My cousin has an xl so at least I can play on it sometimes to end my craving for something much bigger ;)

3ds XL console are better than the 3ds ones. I have a sky blue Nintendo 3ds XL console. It is great, I really love it. The screen is bigger, because of that you can appreciate the games in a better way. As you may know, it has only one circle pad, but I don't think it should have another..

I don't have the 3ds XL,i have the normal 3ds.I wouldn't want the 3ds XL because it is only bigger,that is the only difference.For me I could go either way on the two handheld consoles.

I have a 3ds xl and to tell you the truth the screen is bigger and you can play more comfortable your games. you don't need to set it too close to your eyes to see the game, you just can play it from your lap and it'll be ok. I think the xl version is just amazing. Mine is blue.

I got a 3ds xl. It is red from the outside and black on the inside. The 3d is awesome and compared to a normal 3ds, the screen sizes have a big variation and according to me, the 3d is better in the xl one

I got a 3dsXL because after comparing it with the 3DS on several websites I concluded it was worth the extra money. Bigger screen, better 3D, better looks (the handheld itself I mean) and rounder corners (might not sound so good but the placement in your hand gets a lot better).

I have a 3ds xl. It is blue/ black colour. The screen is bigger, 3d is better and after getting used to the 3ds xl, the normal 3ds looks tiny. I was about to buy a normal-sized 3ds and then I heard about the xl

3DS XL the bigger, the better (at least in my opinion) I think it's lots of easier to play when screen is bigger (and bigger screen is better for your eyesight too) and XL is somehow easier and more comfortable to use
