First of all, I didn't hear about it. Second, I'd probably feel bad if I used it on my pokes, just because I've always had this mindset that using rare candies would make pokemon feel less happy or something like that. I'm probably way wrong, just because I haven't really cared for them much and because I have always enjoyed training them the old fashioned way.
