A few questions about breeding+training services

Hello there everyone, I'm a new user here and was thinking of starting a breeding and training service.
I would like to know a few things such as how much to charge, how to avoid not getting paid and other useful tips you guys might have. Thanks in advance for the help.

I've done IV breeding services at Wayne's shop and we charged 4 Play Coins per Kalos born Pokemon (4 extra Play Coins for egg moves, 1 extra Play Coin for horde EV training and 1 extra Play Coin for leveling up and teaching the Pokemon its moves).

You can offer your services for how much you think it's worth though. Wayne's shop is the cheapest shop atm.

how to avoid not getting paid and other useful tips you guys might have.

Ask for the Play Coins (forum currency) before starting the service.
