A Few Wii U Questions

I'm getting a Wii U this week, and I'm really excited. The one I'm getting comes with Nintendo Land and Super Mario 3D World. I also have some money set aside to buy one of three games, Smash Bros Wii U, Mario Kart 8, and Zelda Wind Waker. Now, for the questions.

Are the two games that come with the Wii U downloadable or physical?
Which of the three listed above should I get first?

If you're wondering, I love online games and competition, but lately I've really been enjoying the single player Zelda titles on my 3ds, and WW looks beautiful and I've heard it's very fun. I do own Smash on my 3ds as well, but not Mario Kart 7.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but the Wii U that comes with Nintendoland isn't digital. You get a Copy of Nintendoland inside the box. As for the Windwaker Bundle, it is digital. You get a code to download it. c:

Which of the three listed above should I get first?

I'm not going to tell you to get a certain game, but I'm going to state my opinions. If that helps,

Windwaker HD: This game is greeaaat. I don't have any flaws about this game. It's the best single-player game I have ever played, and there's so much to do. The characters, the dialogue, the graphics, everything is just nice. This may sound bias, but this game never got boring for me. The only con I would have to say is, sometimes you can forget what you're doing and get lost. But it's easy to get back on track >.<

Super Smash Brothers: Everyone loves this game and the majority of the people here will tell you to get it.
\ : D / Buuut, if you're going to play this alone, it will get boring. I repeat. I often play alone, cause my sisters aren't interested in video-games ;-; But if you have friends or people over, this game is just amazing. The multiplayer is what makes this game shine.

Mario Kart 8: I'd say get either Windwaker or Smash Bros. I feel like the Mario Kart community has died out. Buuut, this game is really fun aswell. There's a lot of tracks available and some extra you can buy with dlc. This game also shines in the multiplayer aspect.

Definitely get the Super Smash Brothers for the Wii U This game is very amazing and even more better compared to its 3ds version of its game . This game is a must to get and lots of people play it here so you can always ask them . If your friends also have it then it will only get better
