A little bit of help with conquest?

Hey i have been playing conquest for a while, and seeing how limited resources you have at hand, i would like to ask for advices at wich units should i focus on using, i mean, i like all the characters, but you can just train them all, its impossible, or so i have seen, so i would like to ask if you guys would like to give me some recommendations, all opinions are gladly accepted

Corrin and members of the royal family that aren't kids (because the kid will have to get some EXP in).

You'll also need a great knight so you should focus on Effie too.

Elise from the royal family may be feeble when she's only a troubadour, but after using a master seal to give her access to tomes, her attacks get OP (but she can't take too many attacks due to her low HP tho).
