I'm wondering if I should get myself Mario Party 10 for the Wii U. The most recent Mario Party game I've played was Mario Party DS (I know it's kinda old) and I don't know if there are any new mechanics that I'm not aware of. Also how are amiibos used in the game? Give me lots of advice I'm not really sure about buying it at the moment (because of budget constraints).

I went to my cousins house last weekend and played that game so and had a decent experience. First off, the characters don't move separately anymore, they all move in one plane/vehicle thing. I find that really weird, because they're all against eachother, yet they're sitting in the same vehicle peacefully? If I was there a fight would break lose inside the car. :p ( just kidding... ) It makes no sense.

Also, there's this mode where one person can be Bowser and the others can go against him. In my opinion, it's completely one-sided and either Bowser wins unless you're playing against someone extremely inexperienced. The mini-games feel bland ( some are fun though ) but I prefer Nintendo-land over this if I were to choose a better game with minigames. I would not reccommend it, unless you really love Mario Party.

If both sides are good this mode is quite challenging for everyone.

Amiibo party is decent, Bowser party is fun, and the best part of the game imo.

As long as you have 3-5 people to play with I can see you enjoying it :3

Me, @SmashChamp , and my younger sister have loads of fun, and it's 50/50 when I play as bowser :3

Well most of the time I'm gonna be playing it either only or just with my brother. Maybe sometimes if my friends or cousins come over but that's occasional

It is a decent game and it looks very fun. I played it at a friends house and had a blast. There is a huge variety of mini games and epic worlds, also, 40 dollars is very cheap and worth it. I honestly think that it is worth it. It is very fun and a funny party game. Get it

The game is really worth it as long as you frequently have some friends by to play with you . A Mario Party game is never really good with just only you  They might have changed the concept a bit but the game in general is still fun and the minigames are also quite unique

I think this game is worth it. There is lots and lots of minigames you could play in this game. This game is extremely fun to play with all of your friends. There is also different characters to be as when you are playing this game. The minigames are very creative and colorful to play. I suggest any mario or nintendo fan to play mario party 10.
